Requests & Commission

Laboratory of a hospital in Africa.
Development cooperation enables the creation of important medical centres.

The Commission for Development Cooperation meets twice a year and decides on the requests submitted. When assessing the requests, the Commission focuses on a set of criteria (quality, relevance, effectiveness, impact, sustainability, transparency of funding, ethical aspects). It is ensured that there is a certain rotation in the allocation of funds and that charities domiciled in the region are given special consideration.
