St. Jakobshalle
With its spacious dimensions, modern technical infrastructure and unbeatable transport connections, Basel’s St. Jakobshalle offers a forum for events of all kinds. After the renovation, the modernised hall reopened in October 2018 with capacity for 12'400 spectators and is now considered one of the most modern multifunctional halls in Europe.

The St. Jakobshalle lies at the south-eastern edge of the city of Basel and has outstanding public transport links (tram and bus), and is easily accessible by car from the north (Germany and France) and the south (Switzerland). Countless large-scale events have already been hosted here and demonstrate the unlimited flexibility of this multifunctional hall.
The St. Jakobshalle features an experienced and well-coordinated crew of specialist tradespeople. Forklifts can be driven right into the main hall. Stages are built to measure according to the organiser’s specifications. The in-house restaurant facilities have extensive experience in catering for large events and deliver the food services that you choose.
